By booking an appointment with Beauty Babes Barnet, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked in advance.

• A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.

• Booking fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or failure to attend your appointment may result in loss of your booking fee.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.

Patch Tests

• Patch tests are required for certain treatments.

• It is your responsibility to ensure a patch test has been completed where required.

Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.

Results

• Individual results may vary depending on skin type, hair type, and aftercare.

• No guarantees can be made regarding longevity or final results.

Payments

• Full payment is required on the day of your appointment unless otherwise stated.

• We accept payment via methods advised at booking.

Refunds

• Treatments are non-refundable once carried out.

Behaviour

• Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

• By attending your appointment, you may be asked for consent to photographs or videos for marketing purposes. Consent will always be requested prior to use.
